One More Week Till Fall Fest

One of the most missed traditions of Fall Fest is coming back … the Sister Bay Advancement Association has worked out the details, weather permitting, for the ping pong ball drop. The drop and many other activities are planned for the 69th annual Fall Fest from Oct. 17-19 in Sister Bay.

Fall Festers will again have access to free WiFi throughout the festival grounds. The Fall Fest parade begins at 11 am on Oct. 18. Other activities are a three-day juried arts and crafts festival, live music in seven different venues, ring toss, fish boil, cake walk, pancake breakfast, star gazing party, and pumpkin bowling. The ping pong drop is set for Sunday at 2 pm.

Food and drink sales begin at 10 am Friday and Sunday, and 9 am Saturday before Highway 42 is closed for the parade. Beer and alcohol vendors will be requiring wristbands this year. Stop by the wristband stations to get a wristband (if you’re 21 or older). Wristband station schedules are: Oct. 17, 12 – 7 pm, corner of Mill Road and Highway 42; Oct. 18, 9 am – 5 pm, corner of Mill Road and Highway. 42 and on the southeast corner of Maple Drive and Highway 42; Oct. 19, 10 am – 2 pm, corner of Mill Road and Highway 42.
