Open House for New Jacksonport Town Hall and Fire Station

The Town of Jacksonport invites the Door County community to celebrate the town’s 150th year by attending an open house on Saturday, March 16, 1-4 pm.

Enjoy refreshments and tour the new town hall and fire station at 3365 County Road V in Jacksonport. The $1.33 million project brought the town hall into the 21st century, according to town chair Randy Halstead. The town hall includes a modern kitchen with appliances donated by the Jacksonport Womens Club and Little Bit LeClair.

The building is equipped with generators that can be used in case of a weather emergency. The hall is now available for rent for meetings and events. Beginning in April group fitness classes will be offered as a co-op with the YMCA.
