Open Studio Time at Artists Guild

Monthly winter youth art programs will be held at the Artists Guild on Saturdays from 10 – 11:30 am. These programs are intended for children ages 7 – 12; four sessions cost $40. Each month will focus on a specific theme and each week features a different art form. January’s theme is “amazing animals.” Single sessions are $25, all materials included.

Life Drawing Guild, held Jan. 7th from 6:15 – 8:15 pm, offers artists the opportunity to draw from the human figure. The cost is $40 for a four-week January session, or $20 drop-in.

Art Fundamentals, on Jan. 11 from 1 – 3 pm, is a beginning class on creating works with oil and soft pastels. The cost is $30 per student, all materials included.

Open studio time is offered on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. Space for individuals or groups is available for $20 per day or buy four days and get a fifth for free.

In the New Year, Bottle & Brush will be on a new night, Jan. 3 from 6 – 8:15 pm. Bring a favorite beverage and snacks and enjoy an evening of canvas painting. Everyone walks away with his or her own piece of art. The cost is $35 per person, all art materials included.
