Outstanding Alcohol at DC Distillery

Door County Distillery’s gin, Luminous vodka and single-malt whisky each earned a medal at this year’s San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The distillery’s gin and Luminous vodka were both named Double-Gold medal winners, while the single-malt whisky scored a silver medal.

In its 14th year, the competition is regarded as one of the nation’s premier judging events on the spirits calendar. The awards from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition come days after these same spirits were recognized at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge in New York City, with the distillery’s gin scoring a 91 out of a possible 100 points, the Luminous vodka recording a score of 90 and the single-malt whisky scoring an 88.
