As part of its commitment to local nonprofit organizations, Grasse’s Grill in Sister Bay donates 50 percent of its breakfast profits to a nonprofit each month. Volunteers who visit Grasse’s Grill place their name in a bowl in hopes their organization is drawn.

On July 7, Peninsula Players volunteer James Maronek’s name was selected from the bowl and by July 10 breakfast was being served to help support Peninsula Players Theatre.

“This is one of many ways local businesses can support one another, including the nonprofits,” said Brian Kelsey, Peninsula Players managing director. “We thank Grasse’s Grill and all other businesses who support the arts and other nonprofits by giving back to their communities.”
