Phil Lee Plays the Tambourine Lounge July 10

Phil Lee will play his own special blend of roots and rockabilly music  in concert at 7 pm, Tuesday, July 10, at Tambourine Lounge, 59 N. 2nd Ave., Sturgeon Bay. From California, Lee is touring to promote his new CD, Phil Lee and the Horse He Rode In On, to be released in fall 2018. This is Lee’s seventh CD. Two members of Crazy Horse, Neil Young’s long-time band, are featured on the new CD: bassist Billy Talbot and drummer Ralph Molina. Other contributors to the CD are keyboardist Barry Goldberg, who played with Bob Dylan and Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels; and Chicago guitarist Jan King of the Orchids.
