“Photographic Journeys” on Display at UU Art Gallery

Racine photographer Robert Schnack will display his work titled “Photographic Journeys” at the Unitarian Universalist Art Gallery in Ephraim from April 1 – 26.

In this exhibit Schnack’s photographic essay will feature his Paris to London collection and also scenes he has taken in northern Door County. Schnack reflected, “These photographic journeys have provided opportunities to look at photographs as art as well as reminders of the hotel stayed in or the statue on the square.”

A member of the Racine Artists Gallery, Schnack has lived in Wisconsin the past 35 years. Photography has always been a passion for him – from his first Kodak Brownie Hawkeye at an early age to the latest and the best that Canon has to offer. Later came the darkroom – a truly magical place – followed in recent years by the digital darkroom – just as magical but on computer.

The UU Gallery is located at 10341 Hwy. 42, Ephraim and is open to the public on Sundays 11 am – 12:30 pm and Mondays 1 – 3 pm. Schnack’s work can be seen at http://www.BobsPhotos.com.
