Pioneers Fall to Wolves in Boys Basketball

Sevastopol’s boys basketball team trailed 34-18 at halftime Monday and ended up losing at home in Packerland Conference action to Algoma, 78-42.

Logan Schuh led the Pioneers with 12 points, which included a pair of threes. Lucas Delsart added 11 points.

The Wolves were led by Parker Lischka with a game-high 35 points, which included three baskets behind the arc. Cody Kirchman tallied 13 points with three more threes.

Sevastopol, which dropped to 0-9 in the Packerland and 2-13 overall, next hosts a league game Thursday against NEW Lutheran before Friday’s conference contest at Sturgeon Bay.
