Poetry Reading at Book World, Sturgeon Bay

Poet and professional beekeeper John Kopecky will be available to read from and sign copies of his two books of poetry at Book World on 3rd Avenue in Sturgeon Bay on Saturday, June 7 from 11 am – 1 pm. In addition to the two poetry chaps Ports on the Lee and Heart of Flesh, the author’s beekeeping memoir Bees is Bees will also be available for purchase.

The author is a Manitowoc County native, a father of three adult children, and a second generation beekeeper, following his late father who kept bees for 40 years.
