Propane Fill Station, Monastery Proposed

The Town of Egg Harbor has two public hearings scheduled for one night. The first is for a proposed propane fill station at 5102 County Road I for the Door County Co-op, and the second is for a proposed monastery with chapel from Missionaries of the Word located on a 79-acre parcel on Memorial Drive, just southwest of Fairview Road.

The purpose of the hearings is to take public feedback on the proposals. Representatives for the proposed projects will make a presentation and then public comments will be taken. The town board supervisors will not participate in the discussion.

The public hearings are scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 6 pm at the town hall, 5242 County Road I.
