Schroeder Takes Red Jacket

Mark Schroeder of Shorewood took home the coveted Red Jacket at the 8th Annual Red Putter Pro Tournament in Ephraim Aug. 1.
Schroeder pulled away with a final round 31, a new course record, to win the $1,000 first place prize. Nick Kwaterski, the 2008 champion from Sister Bay, finished 2nd with a three-round score of 108. Tom Gomoll and Rick Chomeau tied for 3rd with a 112.
The 2010 tournament will be held Saturday, Aug. 7.
