Sevastopol Asks Residents To Join Focus Groups For Superintendent Search

After meeting Monday with a hired consultant from Wisconsin Association of School Boards (WASB) assisting with the search for Sevastopol’s next superintendent, the school board asked for residents’ input.

The board on Tuesday asked district residents to consider providing input in the search for a new superintendent by attending community focus group opportunities next week and/or completing the online survey at tinyurl.com/5n6n9h2r by May 1.

Focus group sessions will be 6-7 pm Monday, April 29 in the High School IMC and 6:30-7:30 am Tuesday, April 30 in the Carl Scholz Pioneer Room. If attending, enter through Door No. 1 off of Pioneer Way/Ripp Road. A paper copy of the survey can also be obtained by emailing [email protected].

One week earlier, superintendent Kyle Luedtke submitted his resignation, as he took a position at the Frederic school district in northwestern Wisconsin.

The school is located at 4550 Highway 57.
