Sister Bay Lions Club Donates $1,000 to Northern Door Children’s Center

Northern Door Children’s Center (NDCC) put out a call to the community for scholarship funds. The Sister Bay Lions stepped up and donated $1,000. NDCC was also the recipient of “pass the hat” at a recent Lion’s Club meeting, adding even more to the fund. The Lions are regular donors to the Children’s Center. As the only licensed group center in northern Door County, NDCC serves children ages six weeks-ten years. This year there has been an extra need for scholarships to help some families supplement the cost of services.
