Students Awarded at Annual Miller Art Museum Salon

The 39th Annual Salon of Door County High School Art Exhibit Opening Reception and Award Ceremony were held April 22 at the Miller Art Museum. This exhibit includes 200 pieces in all media from 128 students.

All students received a Certificate of Participation and the following students received cash awards: Allie Rittle, Award of Excellence (AE); Natalie Rose, AE; Patricia Hernandez, AE; Shannon Smits, Honorable Mention (HM); Amanda Newman, HM; Izzy Hitzman, HM; Anya Kopischke, AE; Jordan Lenius, AE; Morgan Gerend, HM; Emily Domke, AE; and Steve Ervin, HM.

The exhibit continues through May 28. The Miller Art Museum, located at 107 S 4th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay, is open Monday from 10 am – 8 pm and Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am – 5 pm.
