Sugar Creek County Park Open House

The Friends of Door County Parks is pleased to announce an Open House for Sugar Creek County Park, located at 2349 County N, Town of Gardner, on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 1 to 4 pm. All are invited to celebrate the new facilities. Improvements to the park include new restrooms, a footbridge spanning Sugar Creek and an 18-hole disc golf course nestled among the trees and hills east of the stream. There will be disc golf demonstrations, opportunity to play the golf course, walk across the new bridge and “tour” the restrooms. These new improvements were all made possible by county funding, grants and many donations.
