The Ridges Sanctuary’s Summer Children’s Program Information

Registration is now open for summer children’s programs at The Ridges Sanctuary of Baileys Harbor. The following camp sessions are scheduled:

• Kit Camp: age 4 – kindergarten; June 26 – 28. The theme for the program is “Birds, Beasts and Bugs.” Ridges members $60 for all three days, non-members $70. Guardians are encouraged to stay and explore along with their child.

• Foxes: grades 1 – 2; July 3, 10, 17, and 24. A different topic is covered each day; children may attend any or all sessions. Ridges members $20 per session, nonmembers $25 per session.

• Explorers: grades 3 – 6; July 5, 12, 19 and 26. A different topic is covered each day; children may attend any or all sessions. Ridges members $20 per session, nonmembers $25 per session.

• Camp Taiga I: grades 1 – 2; July 31, August 1 – 2. The theme for this three-day program is “Designs of Nature.” Ridges members $60 for all three days, nonmembers $70.

• Camp Taiga II: grades 3 – 6; August 7 – 9. The theme for this three-day program is “Lessons of the Lorax.” Ridges members $60 for all three days, nonmembers $70.
