Turtle Ridge Trunk Show Highlights Hats

Turtle Ridge Gallery-Boutique (turtleridgegallery.com) will turn the spotlight on Kathleen Gaffey’s hats June 15.

“Brim and Dash was born from a longtime love affair with hats,” said Gaffey. “After years of couture sewing for women’s evening wear, one hat class was all it took to become totally immersed in the art of the hat. The colors and textures start the design process. Using only natural fibers, further hand sculpting is needed to achieve my own style. I truly believe that a beautiful hat can transform a person’s attitude and confidence.”

Turtle Ridge, 11736 Mink River Road in Ellison Bay, is open 10 am – 5 pm daily.
