Valmy Thresheree Receives Donation from Marlin Kay Family

The Northeastern Wisconsin Antique Power Association, home of the Valmy Thresheree, received a $7,650 donation from the Marlin Kay family. Kay ran a dairy farm in the Forestville area and was honored as “Thresherman of the Year” by the Thresheree in 2003. He enjoyed restoring old tractors and watching tractor pulls.

In Kay’s memory, the family presented a check representing proceeds from a recent auction of two antique toy tractors to the Valmy Thresheree Foundation. The funds will be used for improvements on the Thresheree grounds and club equipment.
