For months now, the Lake Michigan Bird Observatory’s Motus Tracking System antennas on properties of the Door County Land Trust, The Ridges Sanctuary and Crossroads at Big Creek have been tracking some of the smallest migratory animals along the lake.

The Land Trust’s Community Conservation Coordinator, Paige Witek, hosted a program March 6 to discuss what the equipment reveals about migration.
