Vintage Cars and Street Art Sturgeons at Harvest Festival

On Sept. 21, the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center will host Harvest Festival and Street Art Auction.

Festivities begin at 9 am on Third Avenue in downtown Sturgeon Bay with the car show. Third Avenue will be closed to traffic between Jefferson Street and Nebraska Street to celebrate the beginning of the autumn season.

Along with the vintage cars, search out the street art sturgeons that will be moved to one spot under a viewing tent at the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center. The auction begins at 6 pm on Sept. 21. In addition to the sturgeons, people can also bid on garden art items. Half the proceeds from the auction go to the artists and the SBVC. If unable to attend the auction but interested in a piece of street art, absentee bid forms are available at sturgeonbay.net.

There will also be plenty of live music throughout the day, kicking off at 9 am with Ronnie Nyles and Hot Off the Grill. DJ Michael Raye also starts at 9 am, and DJ John Konrad will round out the night.
