Willy Porter Plays the Peg Egan PAC with Birch Creek Ambassadors

Back by popular demand, Willy Porter, with special guests The Birch Creek Ambassadors, will take the stage at the Peg Egan PAC on July 28 at 7 pm.

It’s been a few miles across America, Canada, the UK and Europe since Willy Porter released his debut CD, The Trees Have Soul in 1990. Back then he traveled in his Volkswagen selling discs out of the trunk, mesmerizing audiences with his guitar chops and original tunes.

Radio success established Porter as a nationally recognized artist, and ultimately signed with Private Music/BMG in 1995. European and American tours with Rickie Lee Jones, Tori Amos and The Cranberries followed. National tours also commenced with Paul Simon, Sting, Jeff Beck and Jethro Tull.

The Peg Egan Center is an outdoor amphitheater located on Church Street in Egg Harbor. All concerts are free and open to the public. In case of rain, concerts are held at the Calvary Methodist Church, located at 4650 County Rd E in Egg Harbor. For more information call 920.493.5979.
