ADRC Hosts ‘Sage-ing,’ Ballroom Dance Classes

The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Door County, 916 N. 14th Ave. in Sturgeon Bay, will host “Introduction to Sage-ing” on Oct. 30, 10 am. Trish Black, a certified Sage-ing leader, will discuss how to fully embrace the rest of your life and live with wisdom, dignity and grace through life review, harvesting wisdom and creating a legacy. The presentation is free and open to all.

The ADRC also offers a free weekly ballroom dance class. Learn to waltz, two-step, rumba and swing dance on Tuesdays, 12:45-3 pm, through Oct. 29. Learn to dance, or enjoy the music and watch the dancers. To learn more or register for “Introduction to Sage-ing,” call 920.746.2372.
