Annual Christmas Bird Count Dec. 19 and 20

The Audubon Society is looking for backyard bird counters and field counters for the 2020 Audubon Christmas Bird Count, an early-winter bird census. The Sturgeon Bay area count will be Dec. 19; the Southern Door area count will be Dec. 20.

The Audubon Christmas Bird Count began more than a century ago, and today, thousands of volunteers across the U.S., Canada and many countries in the Western Hemisphere participate.
