Birch Creek of Door County Prepares for Concert Season

Preparations are underway for Birch Creek’s 36th summer concert season.

Birch Creek’s volunteer corps, The Associates, will hold their General Meeting on Wednesday, May 18 at 9:30 am. The meeting will be held in Juniper Hall on the Birch Creek campus. Topics to be discussed will include fundraising ideas, poster and concert schedule distribution, the upcoming Associates’ Work Day and sign-up day, and other ways to become involved. Additionally, volunteers will meet Birch Creek’s new operations manager, Jenn Neuville.

Also scheduled is the Associates’ Work Day set for Wednesday, June 1, beginning at 9 am. Volunteers will meet in Birch Creek’s dining hall at 9 am to join work teams before heading out on campus. Various landscaping, cleaning, and campus preparation projects will be accomplished throughout the morning. Lunch will be provided.

Current members of The Associates, as well as those interested in becoming a volunteer at Birch Creek, are welcome to attend one or both dates.
