Champeau Congratulated for Serving Post 527

At American Legion Post 527’s June meeting, Commander Tom Kowalski presented a certificate to James Champeau for his 60-year membership with the post. After his service in the US Army, Champeau joined the post in Sister Bay. He has served as Commander, Financial Officer, and Historian.
