Charles ‘Chick’ Peterson Featured at Cottage Row

The work of renowned Door County artist Charles “Chick” Peterson is featured at Cottage Row Gallery in Fish Creek June 16 – 29. For generations Chick has been a revered artist, delighting the nostalgic with his Memory Series and exciting nautical lovers with his masterful Maritime paintings.

The show features a wonderful collection of new and recent original watercolors as well as a selection of pencil drawings and interesting pieces using a combination of ink and gouache on toned board. Peterson’s books, Reflections and Of Time and Place are available as well as his notecards and a large selection of his signed and numbered limited edition prints. This past weekend, Lautenbach’s Orchard Country Winery released the 10th edition of their “Lighthouses of Door County” wine series, which featured a painting of “Cana Island Light” by Charles Peterson. The original watercolor as well as an edition of 100 signed and numbered giclees are available at Cottage Row Gallery.

Guests are invited to meet Peterson at a reception June 16, 11 am – 1 pm. Light refreshments are available.
