Clippers Tie Bulldogs in Girls Soccer

The Sturgeon Bay girls soccer team tied Peshtigo 3-3 at Clark Field on Friday.

The Clippers recorded goals from Yarrow Goettelman (assisted by Alexis Olson), Olson (assisted by Paula Wienke) and Shambo Wienke (assisted by Olson).

Peshtigo’s Audra Bauman tallied two goals, with the Bulldogs’ other goal coming from Kayla Murphy.

Sturgeon Bay goalkeeper Isabella Jimenez Seyfer made seven saves. Peshtigo’s Lucy Lemire had six saves in goal.

The Clippers, who are 3-3-1 on the season, had their home game that was scheduled for Monday against Two Rivers postponed. They are next scheduled to play Tuesday at Little Chute.
