Cooking Classes with Chef Ace Champion at Simon Creek

Register today for the first of a series of summer/fall cooking classes with Chef Ace Champion at Simon Creek Vineyard and Winery.

The first class will feature two courses including Door County Stuffed French Toast made with Simon Creek Cherry Wine, and a Chicken Spinach Wrap. Come to listen and learn how to prepare these two entrées and then get a chance to enjoy the meal. It’ll be a day of cooking, sitting on the deck, eating and drinking wine.

Classes will be offered every Wednesday from June 4 through October 8, 2 – 4 pm. Every week is a new session, and every week features new recipes made with Simon Creek Wine or paired with a glass of their wine.

Here are some examples of upcoming classes: Taste of France, Just Desserts, A New Twist on Thanksgiving, Classic Creole; Taste of Italy; Vegan Cooking at its Best, Taste of World Series and several others. Each class is $50 per person. Space is limited to 20 people.
