Crime Prevention Foundation Presented with Check

Paul Klapatch (center) of the Marine Corps League Door Peninsula Detachment 1130 presents a $500 check to K-9 Deputy Matt Tassoul for the Crime Prevention Foundation. Door County Chief Deputy Pat McCarty is on the right. Sheriff Steve Delarwelle recently announced the formation of the foundation, administered by the Door County Community Foundation. The initial push of the foundation is to raise $25,000 for a police canine. Submitted.
