DCAL Meeting Features Glass Art Session

On Monday, June 28 at 7 pm, the Door County Art League will host its monthly meeting at the Gibraltar Fire Department meeting room. The meeting will be open to members and interested persons to share in a cooperative project to benefit the league and to experiment with a new medium.

Each person at the meeting will work on a five-inch square glass tile with instruction and assistance from Barbara and Doug Henderson, who will assemble the tiles to complete a “glass quilt.” The finished product will be raffled off at the league’s 24th Annual Juried Exhibit and Master’s Presentation in September at the Link Gallery in Fish Creek.
