DCEA Makes Contribution to Altrusa’s Back-to-School Fair

Door County Eye Associates (DCEA) proved they have their “eyes” on local children when DCEA office manager Jan Harmsen (pictured right) presented Altrusa president Barbara Pfeifer with a donation of $250 at Altrusa’s August membership meeting.

This contribution helped provide school supplies to children attending Altrusa’s annual Back-to-School Fair, held Aug. 10. DCEA had pledged the donation based on the number of new “likes” on their Facebook page. Business partnerships such as these helped Altrusa serve close to 500 Door County children.
