Deadline Extended for Write On Residency

Because of some complications in its system, Write On, Door County has extended the deadline for residency applications to April 30.

This application is for its traditional residency program, which offers writers and literary arts administrators the opportunity to focus on projects for one week to one month. Other than the application fee, there is no cost to those chosen.

Write On is also offering a new option this year for people who would prefer a retreat of anywhere from a weekend to a full month instead of a traditional residency. Fees apply for this option, which is available only during March, September and November.
