Farm-to-School Month Celebrated with Great Lakes Great Apple Crunch

Door County is joining schools, preschools, colleges and individuals across the Great Lakes region to celebrate National Farm-to-School Month by crunching into Wisconsin apples for the fifth annual Great Lakes Great Apple Crunch on Oct. 10, 12 pm. Area schools, day care centers and organizations will join the fun by biting into Door County apples, and you can participate by biting into a Door County apple that day at noon.
