Flu Vaccines Available at Public Health Department

The Door County Public Health Department is now offering flu vaccine clinics. Clinics for adults are: Oct. 4, Liberty Grove Town Hall, 11 am – 12 pm; Oct. 8, Senior Resource Center, 1 – 2 pm; Oct. 11, Baileys Harbor Town Hall, 11 am – 12 pm; and Oct. 17, Door County Government Center, 3 – 5 pm.

Regularly scheduled immunization clinics for adults and children are held at: Public Health Department on Wednesday, 10 – 11:30 am & 1:30 – 4 pm, and the last Tuesday of the month from 3:30 – 5:30 pm; and at the Sister Bay Fire Station, the last Tuesday of the month, 10 am – 12 pm.

There will be a $30 fee for the vaccine for adults. For adults with Medicare, Part B covers the cost of the vaccine; and individuals with traditional Medicare are requested to bring their Medicare cards to the clinic site.
