Free Hiking Tours at the Clearing

The Clearing Folk School continues its free interpretive hiking tours of its historic buildings and campus, led by volunteer docents familiar with the school’s 75-year history, folklore, and landscape. The terrain is rugged in places, and sturdy walking shoes are recommended.

The two-hour hiking tours begin at 1 pm on Saturdays and Sundays through October (excluding September 11) at The Clearing’s Jens Jensen Visitor Center located at 12171 Garrett Bay Road, Ellison Bay.
