Humane Society to Host Virtual Pet Walk Challenge

The Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) Door County Campus is hosting a virtual pet-walk challenge through Sept. 12 instead of an in-person event this fall. 

Participants can raise much-needed funds to save animals by going for a run or walk through their own neighborhood, a nearby park or even on a treadmill. All proceeds will benefit the animals at the WHS Door County Campus.

The registration fee of $25 includes a 2020 Virtual Pet Walk T-shirt. Register (and learn more) at petwalkdoorcounty.com. After registering, participants will receive a link to their own fundraising page to share with others on social media and email. Participants can earn prizes by reaching fundraising goals.
