Introducing the Mighty Viking Cup

The Mighty Viking Cup, formerly known as the Gould/Chomeau Tournament, will take place Aug. 2 at 12:30 pm at Peninsula State Park Golf Course. In its 38th year, the tournament will again fund Gibraltar High School scholarships and booster club. New for this year, it’s open to all golfers, players can choose their own foursome. Also, there are two formats to choose from: individual stroke play or four-person team scramble.

The cost is $95 non-seasonal golfers and $60 seasonal golf members. The fee includes green fees, dinner, prizes and $15 to the scholarship fund. The deadline for registration is July 31.
