Letter to the Editor: The Granary’s Fate

Shame on you! Shame on us! We have lost an iconic, historic, salvageable landmark due to the forces of “development” and worse. It had the potential of being a beloved residents’ center and a tourist attraction, reflecting the pride of a unique city. Instead, the Granary Building will appear on the cover of Lost Door County, a book which need not have been written. Read and weep.
