Letter to the Editor: Two Crises Need Same Treatment

We’re facing two crises, in which a large part of our leadership is choosing the economy over science. One crisis has short-term consequences, and one has long-term ones: COVID-19 and climate change. The real effects of this choice are pretty obvious with COVID-19, and most are seeing this now. Hopefully our leaders will see this with climate change, too.
