Jerry E. Sargent, 83, of Sturgeon Bay, died July 20, 2014, at home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 am, Friday, July 25, at S.S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, with Fr. Bob Stegmann as celebrant. Burial will be at Ogema, Wis. Military honors will be provided after the Mass on Friday. Friends may call at the church, Friday, from 10 am until the time of Mass. Karen Marie Seiler

March 20, 1938 – July 21, 2014

Karen Marie Seiler, 76, of Sturgeon Bay died at home on July 21, 2014. She was born in Sturgeon Bay on March 20, 1938, to the late Arden and Margaret (Hanson) Robertson. She worked many years in the lab at Door County Memorial Hospital. Karen was a very active member of the Sturgeon Bay Moravian Church. A private family service will be conducted with burial at Shiloh Moravian Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Habitat for Humanity of Door County.

Thomas ‘Tom’ Tierney

May 10, 1934 – July 19, 2014

Thomas ‘Tom’ Tierney, 80, of the Town of Nasewaupee, Sturgeon Bay, died at home surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy illness. Funeral services were held July 23, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church. huehnsfuneralhome.com.

Clifton John Schroeder

June 23, 1938 – July 18, 2014

Clifton John Schroeder, 76, of Sturgeon Bay, died July 18, 2014, at the Palliative Care Unit of Golden Living Center – Dorchester. Cliff loved fishing and was known for making trolling flies, which were sold at various sporting goods stores. A memorial service will be held at 11 am, Saturday, July 26, at Sturgeon Bay Moravian Church. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Jacksonport. Glenn E. Jarman

March 24, 1955 – July 17, 2014

Glenn E. Jarman died at his home in Fish Creek on July 17, 2014, after a long battle with physical disabilities. On June 3, 1995 he married Linda Marie Seiler at Baileys Harbor. He was a life member of the American Wheelchair Bowling Assn., a pastime he greatly enjoyed. A member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Juddville, he loved his visits with Michael Brecke and Gary Scharrig. He channeled his patience and great sense of humor into writing poetry. Robert J. Raynier

Dec. 1, 1928 – July 15, 2014

Robert J. Raynier, 85, of Sturgeon Bay, died July 15, 2014, at his home. He served his country in the U.S. Army. Bob had worked for Christy Corp. as a lead man for 15 years before moving to Palmer Johnson Yacht Builders as a foreman. He retired from P.J’s as superintendent in 1978. Bob also owned and operated R&R Construction. The most powerful influence in Bob’s life was his love of music. Bob played with various bands throughout Wisconsin and Michigan, including the Billy Jorgenson Band. At Bob’s request there will be no services.
