Love on Holiday Returns Feb. 7-8

Downtown Sturgeon Bay will see an influx of songwriters Feb. 7-8 during the Holiday Music Motel’s ninth annual Love on Holiday event. These songwriters will take inspiration from works of visual artists in one-of-a-kind pairings of image and song.

Participating songwriters include Adam Flaig, Alex Wilson, Andrea Wittgens, Anna Sacks, Barbara Steffan, Barrett Tasky, Ben Spatol, Bo Ramsey, Bruce Butkovich, Carley Baer, Cathy Grier, Claire Kelly, Eric McFadden, Feathered Mason, Genevieve Heyward, Gervis Myles, Granville Mullings Jr., Greg Roteik, James Hall, Jimm McIver, Josh Harty, Kate Vargas, Leilani Diaz, Lily DeTaeye, Liv Mueller, Make Keene, Michael McKinnon, Mike Bleck, Sam Lyons, Steve Smith, Victoria Vox, Vincent Gates, Wammo and Wyatt Glave.

Participating visual artists include Bobby Opper, Claire Tellstrom, Eric Tauscher, Fred Stonehouse, Heather Peterman, Jerod Nellis, Kate Shepard-Utzinger, Katie Frank, Kole Mallien, Meaghan Hanson, Mikaela Brenner, Mike Fredrickson, Mira Miyamoto, Phil Lyons, Rae Senarighi, Stephen Wolter, Steve Bowles, Tom Jordan and Troy Therrien.

The visual component of the event will be held at SWY231 Gallery, 231 N. 3rd Ave. in Sturgeon Bay. The gallery is open Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 28 through Feb. 6, 1-5 pm.
