Making Our Mark

For the first time in Peninsula School of Art’s 48-year history, the school will host a juried student exhibition – Making Our Mark. Students who participated in a workshop since January 1, 2008, are invited to submit up to two digital entries for consideration by the jury. Works submitted must not have been exhibited previously in Door County, and may have been completed in or out of class. Entry deadline is May 1.

Exhibition jurors are Peninsula School of Art instructors Bonnie Paruch, Dan Anderson and Bren Sibilsky. Making Our Mark artists will be selected through a careful deliberation among the jurors. Entry fee is $25 per piece. Accepted artists will be notified by email on or by June 15.

The exhibition will be displayed Aug. 24 – Oct. 5. Cash prizes and award winners will be announced at the opening reception on Aug. 25.
