Message Centers, Maps Guide Bruemmer Park Visitors

Six new outdoor message centers at Bruemmer Park are assisting visitors with park rules, trail information, maps for the Ahnapee State Trail and Bruemmer Park hiking trails. Follow the 1.35-mile Quarry Trail, the 1.23-mile River Trail or the 0.49-mile Zoo Loop. 

“Bruemmer Park is really transforming with the new improvements at the zoo, and with more people visiting this park in recent years than ever before, we find it important to make sure that our visitors are fully aware of all the outdoor recreational opportunities here at the park,” said Dave Myers, director of Kewaunee County Promotion and Recreation. “These message centers will also be useful during winter for those who like to visit the park to enjoy silent sports like snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.”

Pets are not allowed at Bruemmer Park Zoo, E4280 Cty F in Kewaunee, even on the trails.
