Neighbor to Neighbor Announces 2015 Numbers at Annual Meeting

Neighbor to Neighbor celebrated their organization’s achievements at their annual meeting and community social at Hope United Church on May 2. In 2015, 1,278 individuals benefitted from services provided by Neighbor to Neighbor. Door County residents saved more than $400,000 in medical expenses by using the organization’s services. One hundred and twelve volunteers donated 3,679 hours to facilitate medical equipment loans, serve as peer companions and/or respite care providers to homebound or isolated individuals, staff the office, serve on the board of directors, and assist with special events.
