Neighbor-to-Neighbor Receives Sustainability Grant

The Door County Community Foundation, Inc. has awarded a sustainability grant of $1,000 to Neighbor-to-Neighbor Volunteer Caregivers to support their Medical Equipment Loan Program through the purchase of knee walkers and equipment labeling.

Neighbor-to-Neighbor is a local nonprofit organization that provides peer companions for homebound elderly or disabled individuals, respite care for primary caregivers, short-term medical equipment loans for people of all ages, and the Lemonade Club, a cancer survivor support group.
