New and Returning Teachers

Jan Mills

Junction Center Yoga welcomes a new teacher, Jan Mills. She will present weekly classes in Ashtanga Yoga on Friday mornings from 7:30 – 9 am. The Ashtanga series is a set sequence of yoga postures taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The sequence is rigorous and designed to build strength and purify the body. The primary series is a powerful practice which unites body, mind and spirit.

Beginners who are interested in a transformational practice are welcome.

Tuesday morning weekly sessions are now split with Level 2 class from 7:30 – 9 am and Restorative Yoga from 9:30 – 10:30 am (taught by Kathy Navis until June 10, when Lynn Tomjanovich will take over).

Tai Chi Master Carol Hoehn returns from Taiwan to teach ongoing classes this summer at Junction Center on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning on June 16 from 8 to 9:15 am. For more information or a complete class schedule, call 920.823.2763 or visit junctioncenteryoga.com/schedule.
