Obituary: Lorraine Rotter

Lorraine Rotter, 93, of Sturgeon Bay, died at Sturgeon Bay Health Services where she had been the live the past five years. Arrangements are pending for her life to be honored with a funeral service held at St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Sturgeon Bay in April. Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Bonduel. The date and times of the visitation and funeral will be announced in the complete obituary in the near future.
