Obituary: Vicky Jo (Longley) Fredrickson

Vicky Jo Fredrickson, 63 years of Sturgeon Bay, died Feb. 17, 2024 at Door County Medical Center.

She was born Nov. 7, 1960 in Sturgeon Bay, the daughter of the late James and Carol (Hammond) Longley. Vicky graduated in 1978 from Sturgeon Bay High School. For many years Vicky waitressed locally in Sturgeon Bay including Wanda Jeans and Pudgy Seagull. She also worked for Evenson Laundry.

She had been a member of Bay View Lutheran Church.

Surviving family includes her two sons, Robert Shipman and Bryan Longley; two brothers, Robin and Glenn Longley; and her sister, Corrine (David) Stephany of Green Bay.

Preceding her in death were her parents, James and Carol Longley; and nephew, David Stephany Jr.

There will be no public service.
