‘On Golden Pond’ at Trueblood

Island Players will perform On Golden Pond on Feb. 8 at 7 pm and Feb. 9 at 1 pm at the Trueblood Performing Arts Center on Washington Island. Well-known Island Players performers Cindra Hokkanen and Tony Woodruff will portray the play’s leading couple, Ethel and Norman Thayer. Mama Knight will portray the Thayers’ daughter, Chelsea, who returns to their home on Golden Pond — along with her fiancé (Steve Reise) and his 14-year-old son (Jake Kooiker) — after an eight-year absence.
