About Dorsal LLC
Dorsal LLC is a custom sail loft and canvas shop. We build and repair custom sails and marine canvas and upholstery, including biminis, dodgers, flybridge enclosures, sun pads, interior and exterior cushions, and covers of all sorts including mainsail covers, winter covers, boat covers, and equipment covers of all sorts.
Our sails are computer designed, CNC cut, and assembled and sewn right here in Door County, one of very few in the U. S. not manufacturing overseas.
Our canvas and upholstery projects are measured using a 3D digitizer, patterned virtually using Rhinoceros software, cut on our CNC cutter, and assembled, sewn and installed by skilled craftsmen and women.
